I strongly believe that everyone needs a guiding hand sometimes. You can be the smartest and most talented person, but one can’t make it to the top alone.
A helping hand can be from the strong support system people call, a family, or it can come from your motivating friends, teachers or even an acquaintance.
Dr. Myat San, a man who made it to the top from humble beginnings said, that it was hard work and a little luck that helped him get to the top. That luck, he recalls, was when his friend had told him about a job vacancy at Wykoff Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
One’s network and community are very important especially during these hard times. When jobs are scarce, people are leaning on one another for support.
